architect in oman

hi,

Am a kenyan architect based in Nairobi with 5 years experience but am just wondering how it would be as an architect in Oman.

I applied for a job and I was asked what my salary expectations are. How much should I ask for and can i move there with my wife and son that side? How are the living and working conditions in Oman?

well, it depends, but i feel as the range is going to be between 700-1100 R.O, you can bring your wife and son in most caes after three month of probation period or 6 months or immediately, based on the offer letter. So you can tart saying you expect a alary around 1250 R.O including accommodation..but as i aid this is subjective..living expense here i fair but accommodation is fire!!
