Like I told you, what the package includes and excludes, would decide your savings potential.

Suggest you read through the 'Cost of Living' forum for further details as Bhavna has rightly advised.

But briefly, the accommodation cost would depend on a variety of reasons like the locality, the type of residence, the age of that building / house / place, the property management fee, et al.

There are many factors in play here. Without those details, your best chance is to gather up the already published information on the forum.
