renewal of qatar driving license

my Name is venkat i left qatar on - dec -2003. My driving license Qatar expired on July -2004. Now i am staying in india and oman can i renewal my qatar driving license. Please guide me procedure.

You cant renew the drivers license because you dont have a Qatari ID anymore, and the only way to get your Qatari ID back is by working in Doha again

My Qatar drivinng License expired 7 months back, now I am back to Qatar but different company and different profession my question is can I renew my driving license without my company's NOC?
