@Watermelon21 you can register a police complaint, they will make sure to disconnect lines and catch the culprits, but I am not sure if the bills will be waved-off

Disconnect the lines first.聽 That is the most important step.聽 Then take that evidence and raise complaint with the mobile providers and if required, the police.

@Bhavna yes they didnt even said how or what to do , is really complaining this to the police can help ?

They told you clearly that the reason they are rejecting is that the numbers under your name were VERIFIED by an OTP/code.聽 聽Basically they are saying that you authorized these numbers to be put under your Iqama.

I keep telling you this - first disconnect the lines.聽 That is the MOST important.聽 聽Worry about the rest later.

Practically speaking, I very much doubt that the police can help you - file a complaint still.聽 Then show the complaint to the telecom companies asking for waiver of bills.聽 Worst case, pay the bills and NEVER EVER get a sim card again from Batha!!!!!.............go to the proper outlet for a mobile provider.
