Nafath app not recognizing face

Hi.

My absher works ok. But nafath biometrics face recognition failed.

I went to jawazat but due to communication issues was unable to resolve

Any suggestions ?

Is nafath really required ?

Yes Nafath is required.聽 They have started using it more and more.聽 Yesterday, I went to get a SIM and it required Nafath verification.


Try it on another phone, one with a better camera and position it properly, trying to find the same angle as you have on your Iqama picture.聽 I have never had a problem.

Hello, regarding Nafath face recognition error. i have the same problem, all apps are working for me besides Nafath, because the picture in my iqama is from my 20's, now im almost 40. and im having issues because my face cannot be recognized by this apps which they are using more nowadays.


still looking for ways to resolve this. anyone?
