Gosi contract and iqama expiry -final exit

my two years gosi contract will complete on 30 march 2023, and my iqama will expire on august 14 2023, I submitted paper for final exit on dec 27 2022 for final exit on contract ending date ( 30 march 2023 ). but my company informed to work until iqama expiry date.聽 i want to go exit on on contract ending date ( 30 march 2023 ) with all benefits, there is any possibility, kindly support.

Forget GOSI contract.聽 It is irrelevant for your purpose.聽 Focus on Iqama expiry or QIWA contract.

Dear, my iqama expiry is 02-Jan-2024 whereas qiwa contract renews on 08-Nov-2023. I resigned on 08-Aug-2023


is it qiwa contract renew date or iqama expiry date to count remaining months for paying penalty.
