Fingerprints issue

Hi. I have a concern, I am facing a problem now here in the Philippines since my fingerprints were rejected on the vfs for so many times. There is other option that they will issue me a medical certificate so I can have my working visa and will be allowed now to travel on Saudi but I am afraid that I will face any problems on the airport (Saudi) or in the issuance of iqama since my fingerprint has a problem. Do any of you have similar problem like this, what should I do? Do I will face any problem in my entry and on my exit because of my fingerprint? Thank you so much. Hope anyone would answer. 馃檹
