Personal Picture can't upload on Saudi Council for Engineers

I am a Mechanical Engineer and try to accredit with the Saudi Council. I have made an account on SCE New User and logged into my account. I have completed the first step but in the second step, I am trying to upload a Personal Picture but there is an error "Sorry, something went wrong please try again later". I upload the picture of size 200x200 pixel.

Download the JPEG convertor app.聽 Convert the picture into JPEG and upload it will accept.聽 I also faced the same issue and it was resolved this way.
