Tamam closed account

Last week I received a message from MOJ that I have a case from tamam. I have paid and closed my tamam account too and yet I still have a case in najiz. I called tamam company and said to call najiz that it has been closed from them side and they sent a letter that my account has been settled. Im planning to go back home but since I am travel ban, I cant go. Is there someone been this kind of scenario? How did you resolve it? I really need to fix the problem with najiz since my mom is sick. Can anyone help me? Thank you
