Tamam loan app payment not reflected in app

Hi, i paid my monthly due in tamam loan app thru bank transfer but it did not reflect in tamam app. I called tamam customer service and send them the receipt of transaction and they said they did not received the payment. I called the bank i used for transferring and they confirmed that the transaction was a success. Where should i get help for this matter? Please i need your advice. Thank you.
