Transferring 5+ years old uae registered car to ksa registration

Hi everyone. Having seen a lot of uae cars here in riyadh, I wanted to check if anyone has been able to transder 5+ years old cars from uae onto ksa registered number plates.

I have been told that a saudi national can buy your uae car, and bring it in legally(zatca tax+ other fees) and then maybe sell it back to you. Long winded method, would like to know if anyone has any experiences in this.
