I got a a new job but my present employer is not reliving/transferring me to the new company.

I have 2 years contract & i finished 18months. I said i will pay for the remaining contract also. I given notice period30 days. And i asked for final exit also but he is not giving any one.

He is saying you have to work for another 6 months. No contract showing in qiwa and gosi, but qiwa request went to present employer.

need your advices

If you have completed more than 12 months with the current employer, the transfer request will not goto the current employer for approval. You just need to abide by the 90 days notice period and get a transfer to new employer

Hi Brother.,

I have a Concern.., I came to KSA on my company Iqama..,now i completed 3 years, my contract is ending in June 2026 now i want to change to other company after completing my contract,聽 my current company dont want to release me , but i want to go to other company after completing my contract , but my fear is that my current may not give me transfer聽 and may give final exit., is there any way that i can transfer to new company after completing my contract , Please advice
