They've an online support on their website:

and there's this number also: 920020820

i want to know kabayan if聽 there is聽 a chance to聽 cancel the document which my boss submitted to SCE聽 .i work as draftsman here in ksa hofuf聽 .the one he submitted is fake come from my agency . i have diploma graduate聽 but still in process in my school聽 . i call my school they can process my certification of graduate 5 days but the diploma is one month my ekama will expire聽 after 3 weeks .II'm聽 worried for about this.and one thing im only graduate聽 technical draftsman not聽 5 years course .

if you have created an online account for SCE you can update your certificates. Else visit SCE and ask them to delete your account and you create a new one.

May be a week or 10 days time, you will be informed through sms and also you can check the status on SEC website. Regarding the "change in profession" on Iqama is closed for Engg, it seems. So your Iqama will not get new profession.

my boss tell he ask Sce to delete my account and and now he create a new one for me聽 but unfortunately my all documents still in process in my school will take time in issuing and authenticating my documents i told my boss it will take one month to accomplish everything in my documents . i work as draftsman for 8 years聽 for my boss only ( one company only) my only problem if saudi council will accept one year course graduate in university聽 and i did not finish a聽 5 years course .i only have one year course diploma.please help me if still have chance to register even in technical not engineer registration . i dont need to change my ekama status to engineer because im not engineer.

Dear friends,

Im Rafael Abril a new here in kingdom i register for profesional acreditation last October 17,2017聽 and payment of 500 SAR was already done. My concern is up to now 1 month already but my application is still pending and mention "still in audit phase" i call the service hotline but the operator always telling that they already send reminder from auditing Department.
Please kindly support聽 me what will i do mga kabayan.thanks in advance

As you have uploaded all your documents you might have got confirmation mail or sms in that only you will be having your registration id.

Yes brother "we are audit phase " mention in the work place. Ticket was already send to be and confirmed by the customer service operator but still same result. pending for 1 month already, it is possible to apply my iqama by my employer in this case?

No way unless they approve your case. Iqama will be renewed or issued for first time after their approval. Visit Their office personally and request for proceeding fast and ask the reason for delay.

Hi,
I come in Saudi Arabian on visa of building Technician..
But due to new rule Building technician also register in Saudi council of engineering for renew of Iqama.
I am a engineer but my degree is not attested by HRD ...I apply online in SCE but it not goes in final step...

I need your urgent advise and help ,

I am a Bio-Medical Engineer with experience in the Middle East聽 and India, I came in August 2017 to聽 Saudi Arabia, actually my visa and Iqama聽 is as a Bio-Medical Technician.聽 My employment contract is as a Bio-Medical Engineer right now my employer informed me to register Saudi Council of Engineer.

Basically I am a Science background My Academic educational background is Master of Science(Physics specialisation in Electronics) and also completed Bachelor of Science, B.Sc(Electronics) both聽 from Osmania university.聽 I also completed One year Bio-Medical Electronics Course, Higher National Technician Certificates from Government of India.聽 Is these degrees are accept for registration of聽 saudi council of engineers.聽

I am also same of your problem i am a fire technician but my iqama is construction supervisor thats why saudi council asking to submit my bachelir deploma which i cannot produce because i was only graduated from vocational course with Master Electrician Cert. Until now my iqama expired and SCE did not give any other update on how to fix it.

I wanted to register in SCE. I am B-tech Holder in Electronics & Communication Engineering. I am working as Electrical Engineer. My profession on Iqama is Labour.

My question is while doing online registration at SCE site, What should i put my Job tile? Is it as in Iqama? or as per my B-tech degree? or my current job?

Sir it is possible to asking for delition of the first one registration to registered the new category like mine i made a mistake for registration intead of technician category i click the Engineer.if it is possible thank you sir for the feedback.

Gentleman,

I would appreciate some help here! I have a BENG electronics and communications undergraduate degree from UK. I have been working in Saudi for some time now and since the rules were flexible never got the registeration with SEC. I will be moving to a new job and I applied for registration ans they rejected the application saying my degree is for 3 years!!! Most of the engineering degrees in the UK are 3 years unless you do a foundation year.....has anyone else had such an issue... If yes please advice... I have visited SEC office in dammam over 6 times they kept me waiting and finally rejecting it saying it has to be 4 years!!!! Now i fail to understand the way forward...my degree is valid and attested by the embassy and the cultural office in London!.... Any suggestion or help would be really appreciated....

Usally it takes Min. one day to max a week or two, you can visit there office in your city if its getting to much delayed and get it done.

It will take long if the documents you had attached are not complete. It means that there are missing required documents. Like what happened to my application..it tooks one month..and i went to saudi council office in damam to follow my application status..it just took 15 minutes..they just scanned the missing docs and at that moment it was approved. The problem with my application is that, im not the one who created my account in SCE my company did, so they missed some attachment.
