You need to get a letter from company to jawazat that the passport is lost , and ask the company to pay the SAR.1000/- fine and then you get the paper stamped from them. Take this paper to your embassy and apply for a new passport. Once you have the new passport , do transfer of information and then get ERE to leave the country. Expect this process to be finished in at least 2 weeks.

dear Adnan go to pakistan embassy office in Tamimi compound Khubar thy come every 15 day go n check the their next visit they will issue u mannual passport same day for a year must bring ur passport original  n photo copy n ur cnic or nicop original with 2 photos
once u will nrw passport go to jawazat ofc for NAQAL MALOOMAT same day u will get it done
