How To Change my attach file

I am New in Saudi Arabia.then i registration saudi engineering council and deposit 500SR to reference number.Today I receive one sms from SCE (((pls re-scan passport clearly from the colored original. thanks))).but i donot change my passport attachment file.Please tell me how to change my attach file.Already i tried to change file.Browse my new file and update but no change.
