Saudi council of engineers (SCE) ID card can not view

since when i become a member of SCE, I did not see my ID CARD.. i want to print it out but this is appearing..

"An error occurred during local report processing.
The report definition for report 'SCENG002001.SharePoint.Printing.ReportsWithValidation.EngineerCardEng.rdlc' has not been specified"

..every time I am trying to print it. please i need anyone advice if this also happen to you guys and how did you print/view it.

Visit their office to collect the Original Certificate plus Membership Card.

Me too ...I go there office they tell me come back.. and call first before I go back again...I think it's just drama they will provide
