Leaving Saudi without iqama and final exit

Hi. I am already working here in abha as housemaid for already 8 months and don't have my iqama yet because my employer didn't it on the bank and I want to go back to Philippines with my own ticket. Is it possible to go home to Philippines without iqama and final exit

Forget final exit to begin with.

If you have a valid Iqama and your sponsor doesn't give you exit re-entry, you won't be able to leave anyway.

Also if you have never had an Iqama i.e. it wasn't even applied for, then you are also in violation of labor law and won't be able to exit until you rectify that.

If you have a valid Iqama and exit re-entry, you can always leave without final exit and never come back - but could be banned to begin with.

Hello,聽 could you please help me, I'm Indian,聽聽im working in Saudi Arabia, I'm working of the company, my contact is 2 years,聽 now I have completed 15 months,聽 I don't like to work here,聽 I have family problem,聽 I want to go back to my country,聽 when I asked my company,聽 they saying need to pay 9000 riyal,聽 then only you will get final exit,聽 otherwise waite for 10 more month,聽 but really want go back my country,聽 I need to take care of my father,聽 he not felling well,聽 at home no body is there,聽 he's alone now,聽 that's why I want to go back to India馃嚠馃嚦,聽 could you please help me....

The only option is labor court unfortunately.聽 Or get exit re-entry, leave and never come back - leads to a ban.

Yes ate u can leave saudi without iqama.. But u need an exit visa from KSA

My son聽 is employed in famous fast food chain in saudi Arabia in Alkharj. he went on a visit visa through an agency in SL . He has been given an Iqama for 3 months. He so depressed he wants to come back in one years time. what is the procedure. His contract is for two years. if hes coming without ending the contract how much he has to pay for the company. Do you have any idea/ pls help us
