Reentry ban due to leaving without final exit

Greetings,

I am curious if it is possible for someone who left Saudi Arabia 2 years ago without a final exit visa to return and work for another company.

The start date for the new position will be after the 2 year mark of their exit.

Is this possible? Sorry for the vagueness, just trying to see if it is possible.
