Saudi Council Good standing certificate

I would like to request a good standing certificate from Saudi council but my license has expired聽 last May 2014. I was instructed to log on to the Mumaris portal and apply for a new registration. But it doesnt make sense to me, why do i have to renew it if I have no intention of practicing in Saudi.聽 I just need to get a good standing certificate.

Anyone here who聽 is facing the聽 same difficulty?
