My saudi experience as engineer

abdsha

To me, its not at all good experience,  i really hate being here now, i came here in September 2018, i didn't get my iqama till 6 month, suddenly when i checked my status showing huroob -absent from work despite i have been working from day one to same company i have interviewed in india. Then the story came up. My company purchased Visa from some other company and they didn't pay so they put the huroob after this i didn't come to company for a week and then they got my sponsorship transfer and made my iqama. The government has many regulations regarding iqama and company . But they failed to have status of arrived expats having iqama after 3 months or not...its like being in jail without any offence and willingness...
My advice to those who will come here. Plz check company category and talk to employee in the joining company.

Where we can check company status, I am working in RCJ under RCJ contractor company, a company is new but RCJ is Govt. Company.
I recommend everyone, that complete your homework before arrival and during living here.
I am from Pakistan So,
1.  Protect your visa
2.  Inform Pak Embassy in Saudia about your arrival
3.   Keep in touch with the Saudi Govt. official departments.  (Labour Ministry, SEC, residence authorities, Police, Municipality )
PM me, if anyone more guidance.
