SEC Registration for a fresh Engineer without experience

I am a Chemical Engineering Fresh Gradute from Pakistan. How can i get registered at SEC for a prospective job. Heard that SEC won't register any foreign engineer without experience.

Can anyone help me on this.

get your certificatin atested from your country- and saudi ebassy in your country, then make an appointment with SEC and follow the flow, if the certification is real you will go through after they verify it.

Also needed an experience certificate from employer in KSA stating that you have been working with the company as an Engineer for 5 years.
