I met with an accident, regardless of whose fault was that, the other guy called najam and i waited almost 30-45 mins and the. I left the scene bcoz of my emergency and najam hasnt arrived. Najam called me after sometime and told me to go to muroor, will there b any hit and run case?? Will there b any penalty or smething?
