No person/agent can change your profession.

Profession change can only be done through Company's QIWA portal, so, how can anyone access your Company's account?

These agents/people who say that they can change your profession are only after your money.

They can't do anything about it.

They are fraudulents, stay away from them.

SCOPA invalid my memebrship but my company apply to change profession from marketing specialist to accountant, did it will change or they linked my profession chnaged request with SCOPA? If i visit person with my all attested certificates to SCOPA office did they update system? because there is no option to update at website.plz guide some one.

Dear Members, My current profession is marketing specialist and my company submitted request to chnage it to accountant on the basis of my SCOPA memebrship that is valid till 8/2023 unfortunately its showing invalid.

I have two question.

1- shall labor office changed profession without check my SCOPA memebership validity?

2- shall i visit SCOPA office alongwith my attested degreed to update my status bcause tehre is no any option to edit my information on SCOPA web.

if you have degree related to SOCPA , go to them in person, if you don鈥檛 have accounting degree then go to labor office with your available degree the good attested one. They ll change it. Online your profession cannot be changed by HR. It should must be changed through labor office.

.聽 I have bacholor degree from open university and that is attested from Higher Education Commession and Ministery of Foriegn Affairs from Pakistan and also Attested from UAE Embassy because before I was working in UAE.

Now I came to know that Saudi Embassy is not accepting the degree which is from open university.

So I want to know that I can change my visa from seller to Accountant or Could I work as an accountant on my own visa or company visa?

聽 I got a visa and paid all amount in advance as we agreed and also paid SAR 2000 for my Iqama.

We agreed that when you will pay 2000 for your Iqama it will be valid for 15 months but actually when I recieved yesterday it is valid for 3 months.

So I just want to know that what is my legal rights means it is possible to take some legal action or not?

you don鈥檛 need it to be attested from Saudi embassy i think , specially to work as an accountant. You just need to be registered with SOCPA in saudia with your authentic degree that can be verified by SOCPA, ( they run an authentication check in our home countries).

iqama isn鈥檛 that cheap , it costs around 10 to 12k .

legally you鈥檙e worker of that establishment mentioned on your iqama.

You can apply for the driving license but they need your original iqama for making the file.

By the way, do you know driving? Are you new here?

Couple of queries:

• I recently got visa & iqama issued as "Quality Controller" profession after getting my intermediate certificate attested by MOFA & Saudi Embassy. And as per my HR it is a suitable profession to get family as well. Will I face any difficulty in getting permanent Visa. My salary is quite good as well.
• If I want to change my profession to accountant will 3 years diploma in accounting will be good enough.
