Issue in exit rentry

Hello all
My name is Mohammed Sayim.My marriage is after 10 days.I requested company to provide saudi exit reentry but company replied me that they have problem with muqeem portal.My iqama is valid.Is there any way to get exit rentry.I dont care if it is exit also.Please reply.I need to reach my homecountry before november.

Stop making multiple posts.聽 Understand you are anxious but have some patience.

Unfortunately, exit re-entry can only be issued by your sponsor (and exit re-entry and final exit are from same portal).聽 If they have a problem in the system, your company PRO can go get a manual one done from Jawazat.聽 I don't see what the problem is in that.

Sorry for the multiple posts..posted because of my confusion and tension.So it is possible to get exit rentry manually from jawazat right rather than portal..

Yes.聽 Always.

I usually prefer to do the manual route as via the system, I can only get a 6 month multiple exit re-entry whereas manually, they give me 1 year

Hi,

Had the same issue, go to bank portal enter ur iqama # and deposit 200 for 2 months or as required and ask pro to log in to companies account and issue the exit /entry.
