Hello!

My name is Natalia and I'm doing this process as well, we applied on the app and that shows the status, my status is approved now but my husband's company doesn't have a clue what to do next to get my yellow slip. I would like to know with you have this information, after the application is approved what the company has to do to 鈥渕ake鈥� this yellow slip? Hi i also got the permanent family visa approval on MOI and got the VIsa number from MOI. But on mofa i still do not get any update while checking. Please let me know if you have any information in near future.

I got approved on 31 March, are you just waiting for the yellow slip now? I saw on website that when you applied online you don't need the yellow slip, just the number visa

visa number of moi only or from mofa as well?I got visa number from MOI, but i heared from some resources you will get it from mofa as well by checking in 3-4 days after issuing from moi. please guide me as well

And agent is asking this yellow slip.

No clue how to get it

Its more than 3 months my visa is approved in MOI absher

Btw yellow slip is not needed. In pakistan we can simply show the same visa number which issued by MOI for stamping. One of my friend did the same 3 months before. He donot show any thing refereal to MOFA, but i heared some others that is why im little bit curioius

I did, he advise me to visit istaqdam office.

Istaqdam said no from their side.

I will visit MOFA office rather than calling them again.

I talk with the company which has been helping me with it.

Yes we need the yellow slip, for start the process we need the yellow slip

Now I'm trying to figure out how I get it, nobody knows about it.

I will keep looking for it, if find out I come here and please if someone finds it out please share with us as well !!

( I don't know maybe it could be an error from the MOFA I read the last messages and everyone got the yellow slip but no one had the number visa, and now everybody has the number but no one knows how get the yellow slip ) it's strange

Hi All,

If you guys have visa number issued from absher or application number on yellow slip, it means it ready for stamping as MOFA data will be shown only in Embassy, however you can check status of stamping on mofa using mofa number(usually starting "E")

Because I have similar issue my visa is approved in absher with in a week after CoC and agent in India is not able to verify my data on MOFA. or ENJAZIT.

So better you ask agent to submit your visa for stamping,, hope so it will be help you

I have done it in New Delhi,, visa stamped with in a week...

If it is showing the details, I believe it is enough.

Hello Brother,

I have only status shown in MOI as approved and got SMS with number starting from 5000..............

There is no update or error in MOFA and ENJAZIT Site.

I have a doccument in Absher showing my application showing dependents.

Please please advice, is it sufficinet for processing Family visa Endrosnment.

I have the same problem I apply for family permanent visa on absher and autenticate the application in chamber or commerce then it shows approved and I got sms visa number and also in absher It has visa number but when Im checking in MOFA and enjaz error is comming.. I hope someone know how to deal with this thank you..

I applied for family permanent visa and received the yellow slip from Isthiqdam on 27th April. On absher it showing the status is valid and I didn't received any sms/visa number on my mobile.. I shared the yellow slip with travel agency and they told MOFA not yet updated.... Waiting for the MOFA number.... I will update if there is any progress....

Hi,

I just finished the processing of stamping today, as for me, I directly went to VFS tasheel (authorized by Saudi Embassy in Philippines) and bring the yellowslip along with other requirements.

This MOFA website (enjazit) is not required as long as you have the yellowslip.

I adviced not to go to any travel agent, just coordinate directly to authorized agency of embassies in your home country.

Replied from VFS Tasheel via email:

Dear Applicant,

Greetings from Saudi Visa Application Center!
Please be informed that enjaz requirement will be given at the visa center upon submission of documents for visa application. Please follow the guidelines sent to you on your previous email.

Mr ali I apply in absher and it was aprove they I only print this on absher the paper is this same as the yellow paper it has also the visa number.. I check in mofa and enjaz but error.. But as what you said no need Im also a filipino. Thank you for the info

I got yellow slip on 21.04.2021.
This paper is having only application no.
My abshar shows that application has been submitted to MOFA.
I am unable to see anything in MOFA(EnjazIT) website.
How can i resolve this issue? Have someone from Pakistan stamped visa from Etimad facing these same issues?

Once you have Yellow slip that is enough to stamp family visa. Just contact to etmad in pakistan. This is their job if any issue in it.
As much i got or heard from others no-one faced any issue once yellow paper is released from isteqdam office.
ONE issue could be happened that your documents in pakistan might not complete from MOFA pakistan and saudi arabia. including Marriage paper ,聽 translation and degree translation.

Hi,

Same with me, yellowslip is enough to process the visa stamping as the Enjaz requirements will be done in your application center.

Just dont go with any travel agency, you can go directly to etimad (authorized application center of saudi embassy).

One of our family contact deals visas. we asked him and he said if there is no information on mofa then this can not be processed.

YA HABIBI,

Please coordinate directly to etimad center (authorized center by saudi embassy).

Same issue with me yesterday, Visa is not appearing in MOFA,

After processing my wife, within an hour, the Visa is appearing in MOFA.

You will received the application number after processing in VFS tasheel or in your application center in your home country.

There you can give the application number to medical clinic.

Data of approved visa will not be available until and unless Saudi Embassy in your country/city accepts it for stamping then you can see it on enjaz, in my case I already experienced a similar issue and my visa is available only after stamping.
