Only when the company status is red then that can be possible in legal way.
Other ways are illegal and if you get caught during such act you will go to prison.

It means your current employer didn't accept the request afterwards.
Talk to your current employer if he agrees to give you the transfer.

I think my issue is similar to you buddy.

Maybe you could guide me

1) My current employer issued my final exit visa and my iqama is already expired (one month ago). My final exit is also getting expired after 2 weeks.

2) I have found a new kafeel for transfer and my current kafeel is also willing to give me transfer to new kafeel.

3) My new kafeel have sent a request for transfer through Qiwa but that request is not showing in my current kafeel's account, So they not been able to accept it.

So please tell me what options i have left right now to get transferred to my new kafeel before expiry of my final exit visa in my case.

1.After the Iqama expiry kafeel make huroob to me.

Hope you clan help. I鈥檓 not able to get a transfer from my employer in qiwa as he is a man power company.

Do you know for sure if they issue final exit and then immediately after my new employer creates transfer request in Qiwa, will the transfer be approved automatically?

Dear friends
If your company make final exit then you no need worry about it. While video conferencing by maktabul amal you clearly told them as your not agree to go back your country because you meet new sponsor and have offered latter, then maktabul amal try to understand about your concern.
After maktabul amal ask to your company owner as what they want!
If both party is not agree each other then matter will transfer front of judge.
This procedure hardly take 21 days.
According to new law if you are old employee more than 3 year then you will win your case.
Am witness of this dramatically procedure.
Am was win the case.

Please I have a problem, I have work for my current employer for up to 7 years and I and my supervisor had a confrontation as regard accommodation problem and camera caught me where I push him and out of anger I almost fight him so my employer gave me determination letter base on that on labour law number 80. But he could not give me final exit because I have a car but I wanted to transfer to another company but he is not agreeing. In this case what do I do since they already have video evidence against me but my iqama is still active and I have no qiwa contract with the company yet. Can I still transfer. What should I do because I dnt want problem and I dnt want to make problem with the company.聽 Thanks

It is impossible. Only your employer can cancel the final exit.
Do not try illegal ways.
If you get caught you will go to jail.

Your new employer can cancell it if you already finished your contract,聽 However this is only applicable when you inform your old employer that you want to transfer and they don't want you to be聽 transferred, eventhougt your contract is finished, then you approved already the contract from your new employer.
In that case your old company would definitely buy a ticket and visa for you because they don't want you to be transferred.

I have an one friend who has changed same like what we are discussing here.

After final exit he transferred to some other companies but he gone to jawazat office.

Better way go to your near by Jawazat office & ask them my current employer issue an final exit bit my new employer ready to take me !!

I'll also my friend, how he changed that ,!!
