Job transfer after final exit without leaving the kingdom

my iqama is expired and my employer did not renew it then i found out that my status in the system is final exit. My contract is still not finish but i want to transfer employer but now i cannot transfer because my status is final exit and still my employer not giving me new iqama any idea how will i Transfer?

Only way is you need to lots of buttering to your kafeel to cancel your final exit, and give you release no other way ....
Other way by contacting jawazat is really long and its not with surity that you will get permission to get transfer even though if you get permission then is your new kafeel is ready to weight untill all your settlement done with old kafeel and jawazat ?

He still didn't change like that after exit by his company, what he did is he filed an complaint regarding this.
Still the Case is in Labor Office.

There is no legal way. And illegal way will cost you twice the price of a visa.

I don't know how.
All you need a new kafeel and between 10 to 20 thousand SAR.
And after that you can get new iqama and can get a transfer to the desired company.
But there is no guarantee.
And if you get caught.
You will go to jail.

Correct, only your current employer have the right to cancel your final exit. The new company cannot transfer your iqama if your current employer had issued a final exit visa.
The last option is to speak to your current employer and ask them to cancel your final exit visa.
You have received many advice from others , stop wasting time to send more messages but rather approach your current employer who issue the final exit to cancel it as soon as possible.

Sorry bother in that case no one can help you except ministry of labor, first thing should be you do some buttering to your sponsor to release you.
you can go to minsitry of labor only if you have completed your contract with your first sponsor and you already have job offer. if not then ministry of labor will also not support you. But still there is no harm to go and check with ministry of labor. But if some said they can do it for some money so trust me its all lie and you will face the problems laters.

If he has a company visa (no local transfer), then game over.

Dear Brother
3 months old daughter should have iqama and passport by this time, in eyes of law that is your fault and penalty will be charged when you will go to make it. So without wasting time go for passport first on top urgent basis, Its not USA where you will get nationality if you are born here.

I always tell to all my friends that it is legally allowed to take off from your office to update govt documents during govt office timings, for which company can not stop you as well. If you will not complete it on time you will face fines and headaches also if you do not have any WASTA.

Brother kindly make the passport first bcuz you have no idea how much problematic it could be for you later. Bcuz after final exit you have to leave one day no matter what happen. but your daughter will be held until documents will not be provided by consulate.

Only your employer can remove the final exit.
If your final exit is expired then game over.

1.Is there extension of final exit visa available in kingdom or otherwise the employer will remove the exit and renew iqama? Or

If you have got final exit, then only your employer can resolve it.
He is the one who has the authority.
Anything else is just false info. No one else can remove that in legal ways.

Correction! If employee is already in QIWA and waiting for Notice period completion. New employer can delete manually the Final exit accrdg to Ministry of Human resources.

If the current employer does not have any solid objection/reason against the employee.
It is different from company to company.
But if one got the final exit before that, then there is nothing can be done.

Just remember one thing, as long as these companies are paying your taxes and dues to the government, they have the final authority.

How can you explain, those group of Companies that hire Employees even with Exit VISA? Why the Ministry of HR told the New Saudi employer they can cancelled the Visa manually given by the current.

If you came here on a company visa (no local transfer), then you can't do anything.
Just one thing, continue your work with the current employer otherwise, they will put final exit on your visa.

If your current employer rejected the request for the 1st try, let your new employer and your current negotiate about it, your job offer salary must be higher than with your current company so you have a reason to transfer, besides you are finished contract so you dont have anything to be afraid of, its a natural reaction from your current company to be angry but if they will think about the situation, the ticket price now is doubled so if they give you final exit they will shoulder all the expenses but if they release you will cost them聽 nothing, so its a win win situation but first you need to convince them in a respective manner sooner or later they will accept it just continue working, lastly if still they not agree you can go to ministry of labor to seek advice, they will tell you what is the best thing to do in your situation,

Brother you got final exit already or still not receive if final exit not yet issued. If you have car registered on your iqama your employer cannot issue final exit

Great evening all!

I have served my current company for 5 years since 2016. I have returned from vacation on May 18th, 2021- so its only 3 months past now, can I avail the transfer service from Qiwa ?

I read that you must at least served for one year in your current employer then you can avail the transfer service.

Please I need your advice.
