Current employer is in RED- Qiwa status pending

Hi, I have accepted offer from new employer on qiwa and the status shows "pending approval from current employers".

My current employer is in聽 RED but the request in qiwa not getting approved automatic. since 7 days I see the same status

What is the solution? Can anyone advise? Thanks

Just wait total聽 of 14 days from request date it will Automatically Cancel/Reject. After Rejection tell new employer to request again in Qiwa and accept the contract, After that the status is 鈥淧ENDING FOR NOTICE PERIOD COMPLETION鈥� you will see Transfer date which 90 days after Request date.
