Sure, I'm currently a member at Gold's Gym.聽 They have an excellent section for females that is very well equipped.聽 To be honest, I find it to be equivalent, if not superior when compared with any of the health clubs in Los Angeles.
They're located in the Zahra district on Batterjee Street, right next door to the German hospital.

Yep, Gold's Gym is said to be the best. I've never been there, and I'd like to check it out sometime. There's another one too (where my membership is soon to expire 
) for women called Olympia in Dr. Soliman Fakieh Hospital, Palestine Street, Tel: (02) 66 55 000 x 4201.
I don't know where it stands in comparison to Gold's Gym, but Olympia seems to be generally excellent as well. Their swimming pool isn't that great though (pretty small). They've got a pretty good annual offer of SR 4,500 which covers the usage of all equipment/facilities.

They do have tennis courts (indoor ones). I'm not sure if women play (or are allowed to). I've mostly seen men going in with racquets. Oh wait, I recall seeing a woman going in once with a racquet too! (Clearly, I haven't tried out this area.)
I'll ask for you next time I go to the gym.
