Also there is a place called "haraj" in east Riyadh, but you need a translator with you. I'm a Saudi and can help you in my free time, if you would like to.
An advice: here in Saudi Arabia always bargain unless there is a price sticker

I had been to that place, and I saw lots of stuff but聽 for electronics it's a Big No.聽 if you聽 really want聽 cheap stuff or maybe used one,聽 try聽 check in Al Batha. lots of stuff,聽 for example, a聽 friend of聽 mine bought a DVD Player years ago I聽 guess, so he asked what聽 brand is. so聽
the vendor聽 replied by saying what brand do聽 you like
while he's showing the聽 stickers with different brands which are to be sticked to it. lol
