Anyone "well" familiar with both Jeddah & Riyadh neighbourhoods?

Which areas in Riyadh are considered good (and by good i don't mean expensive)?

I'm looking for the equivalent of Jeddah's Rawdah, Salama & Zahra districts鈥n Riyadh.

A neighborhood not too saturated with Saudis, not too isolated, *preferably cheap (but not ghetto), has a higher concentration of apartment buildings than houses (although not a requisite), not too quiet, and somewhere within the south side.

Appreciate any point in the right direction!

* I know Rawdah, Salama & Zahra are not exactly cheap but thought I add that part just in case there are neighborhoods in Riyadh that are like Rawdah, Salama & Zahra, but cheaper. Yeah, I like to have my cake and eat it too sometimes聽 聽:D

ROLF!

The only neighborhood I know in Riyadh not filled with Saudis is Batha which is equivalent to bab Makkah here...stay in Jeddah.
Awww hamuds, leave this for us the Riyadizens......

Go for Hail Wazarat, Sulaimaniya, Malaz, Murabba, Umm al Hamam and rawdah.
I just can't see a fellow Jeddawi leaving for Rio :(

Its not what you mentioned above, its more of an upscale area, not cheap, more villas.

So that would be equivalent to Jeddah's Tahlia/Khalidya area :D

I actually meant to say "somewhere within the north side"...not south.

Alright...How about a few names of areas on the nicer side
