family visa before mariage ?

As through information getting i want to know is it possible to get family visa before married,although i am engaged and getting married in this year in the month of November 2011,when my fiance comes to get married.if yes please say the details of it.As he is working with the multinational company in Riyadh & is from India.

i even want ask as he was asked to get the stamping & HRD done,Machallaha everything is completed.hope he will not have problem in getting the family visa.

Sanatasneem,

They will ask for marriage certificate.

Family visa is only issued for married persons.

Engagement is not recognised.

Looks like you will have to wait until you get married.

If you can have the Nikkah ceremony, that will be enough to get family visa.

a duely signed marriage certificate need to be produced for a faimily Visa.

these days, sometiems you can get it like in a couple of weeks time if you have all the proper documents

best to get the nikah done and the certificate attested according to the requirement quickly. Then, it's a matter of 2 weeks or less depending on your husband's employer and his connection. The technical truth is that procedure for a family visit visa, an iqama or anything of the sort is barely a 60 mins job inside the passport office. what keeps it from rolling over is where is it coming from.
