Outgoing SWIFT from Turkey, please recommend the bank

Dear forum members,

I need to SWIFT some money abroad from Turkey, but my bank (Deniz) does not permit it due the fact I don't have an Ikamet. Is it a common issue or there are some banks could do it? Please advise!

@LoneStarGuy  Thank you! Point is as well, that in the destination country USD would be automatically converted to the local currency. This  I would try to avoid, but this is possible . I was thinking that may be I could open a bank account where I could perform the outgoing SWIFT.

@Mike Churkin  how could you open an account with Deniz bank although U had no Ikamet?!!🥺🥺

@DenizeV it's wasn't required. And btw still not required now.
