Turkey is great, but massive income taxes on pensions, right now I have no income, just capital, but a reason to leave Turkey would be income taxes (on pensions). Health care could be another reason, but not main one.

I have to say perhaps not returning to home country (Netherlands), but somewhere else, still a few years to go, and perhaps income tax for retirees will be adjusted, the way it stands it is a reason to move.
