I don't know what the most promising jobs are but, in my opinion and experience, if you're a qualified TEFL/TESOL teacher or equivalent then it's preety easy to find a teaching job at either one of the private schools in Antalya or at one of the language schools.

Antalya is one of the best cities in Turkey, It's cosmopolitan & warm. The sun & the sea just romances you     Jobs are competitve to get there but not impossible. It's worth the try.

In summer season top hiring sector is absolutely the tourism.
They look for people who speaks a lang fluently. Expecially german, russian, english.
The advantage of hotels and tour operators are, they solve peoples resideny and work permits easily.
In winter time mostly golf and health tourism works. So Russian speakers doesn't work in winter

An alternate option for tourism workers in winter is private language lessons. That have a great market in Antalya. People who work in tourism in summer time and gain a few friends, finding clients easily. Others should rely on internet etc. anounces.

For people in need of non-seasonal jobs should check import export companies. They mostly look for English and Arabic (nowadays) But also business experience is needed to gain those positions.
