Hi,
I already moved to Turkey and investigated for business聽 development.
I share my experience with you (2019, Sep.) ;
1- as a foreigner you must to register a company to start your business
2- You should hire 5 Turkish or pay 800 TL*5 (person)= 4000 TL everymonth
3-you should pay one month of lease amount yearly to government
4- you should hire a part time accountant to arrange your financial balance and tax payments quarterly,聽 that will cost you 2500-3500 TL monthly
5- you should know Turkish language
6- Running a successful business depends on location, brands and services
It is completely different where you run and who is your client.
If you want to run a tea coffee near university the costs is variable 350,000 to 800,000 TL
