Can a medical unfit in DXB also ban me to travel to whole GCC?

Hello last 2024 I was deported due to medical unfit of lung scarring result. I just want to know if this will also be applicable to other GCC countries since I have plans of just traveling. I have no intention of moving or even working in GCC, I learned my lesson that for me, it's just a place to travel.

When I exited Dubai, I did the passport stamp and proceeded to the automatic exit area in the airport. Will this also ban me from traveling for example Oman or Qatar?
