Or I am old visa, meaning just resigned and new company?

@XTang .Hi, I want to ask if how long should I wait more for my medical results from Muhaisnah fitness clinic? I had my 3rd day of sputum test and skin test last Dec.26,2022 and told me to wait for 3-4days for the result thru email but until now I haven鈥檛 received any from them. What should I do? Can i go and ask the nurse who assisted me the last time? Or should I just wait then? I really want to know because this is my second employer and just this time I have issues about my medical . Also, I am worried because I am studying and about to finish my course and wanted to do the internship here as well but I don鈥檛 know what wil gonna happen and if what wil be the result of my medical test. My employment visa wil expired on February 6,2023. Please give some advice. Thank you.

Just wait.聽 There is nothing you can do to get results any earlier.聽 If there is an issue, they will call you.

Same. Medical fitness is part of federal law and so applies to all Emirates.

XTang do you know what countries accept workers with lung scar? I really want to work abroad but I had this scar.

I can speak for the GCC countries only and unfortunately, none of them do.

Hi, what happened to your medical ma'am?

im curious how come other candidates who have evident lung scar on xrays still get to be fit to work at gcc coming from outside country and never had records on gccvisa. The company is not even private but owned by govt.

I thought it's FIT CONDITIONAL if already here in UAE as resident according to @Xtang .聽 he said that there's a rule that they will consider you as long as you are already here working and staying, but if NEW only and planning to have an employer here, they won't allow and deport you immediately.

Please enlighten me more mam. What happened?

You are doing great job by providing valuable information. I had also gone through with all the process of medical unfit due to old TB scars and deported to home country after iris scan. I am planing to submit my case again is there any way I can apply for reconsideration.

I also having the same issue and consulted with specialist. There is no treatment for old scars as you already have cured from TB.

There is no treatment for old scars i.e. you can't make them disappear.聽 聽In some cases, they reduce over time but never go away.

And once you are deported, it is very difficult to resubmit for anything.聽 The fact is simple :聽 If you had old TB then there is no reconsideration.聽 聽You should only try if you think the medical center made an error and even then, it can take years with no guarantee of a positive outcome.

@aramalonda what I know that only GCC country鈥檚 have this rule. In Europe and USA, Canada - they don鈥檛 have like this rule.

I had a TB treated 47 years ago and there is a permanent scar on x-ray. Can I get a resident UAE visa for AbuDhabi?

@XTang hello sir i just want to ask about my friends medical, last February 2021 she got her 2nd employment visa in Ras alkhaima for the other company but that time her medical is unfit because they saw a spot on her Lungs X-ray they gave her 1 year visa so they told her to come back every 4 months for the follow up check up and she go there every 4 months and they said her lungs is cleared already but still she need to go back for follow up every 6 months. but last week she go for visa medical again in Dubai because she transfer to other company again but her xray is unfit again so they said she need to go to muhaisna medical centre to do the follow up check up, so if she will go back there for follow up and she is unfit again? they will automatically deport her?

I have been claimed unfit due to old tb scars.

My husband works in saudi Arabia and i cannot get my resident visa due to this scar issue. Kindly let me know if there is anything i can do about it. I have no plan to work there. Please guide馃ズ

i am planning to change my job in UAE.for new job they will do xray and blood test.

Last year i did some chest surgery and 2 ribs were removed.So now my chest xray won't be clear as it shows mash shadow which was installed to replace the ribs.

in this case they will pass my medical test ?

I have a TB clearance certificate from Qatar they said I have latent TB with a scar can they accept the certificate

hi my husband is already here in dubai holding tourist visa he wants to apply for work here in dubai but he has scar in the lungs he done last month his medical fitness in the philipines and get medical certificate and get it attested in uae embassy does medical certificate attested in the uae can help him pass the medical fitness here in dubai to find work.. can he submit that together while applying for visa

or if spouse visa only even if they find scar in his lungs can he get spouse visa.?

Sir, my grace period from cancellation is only valid 18days as per written from MOL

they said i need to change visa or exit country. If i do that i will be considered new visa holder right? So my visa medical will be unfit if they see my scar?
