Medicare and Medicare advantage

I'm thinking about Piedras Negras mostly due to closeness to the border. I'm wondering how I can get my medications (I have a mail plan through Medicare Advantage). I want to keep my current insurance as its very good with no copay for just about everything. I could get a PCP across the border? I'll also rent out my current home in Colorado-does that help me with Medicare?

I plan to visit and look around a bit regarding rental and聽 and have some idea what the town is like.
