Hi,

First post here. This is my first time of leaving Brazil since I got my RNE. I鈥檒l be flying back to Brazil in few days, is there a special pathway for RNE card holders at the arrival point?

I鈥檇 appreciate your help on this.

Welcome!聽 Not that I know of -- I always went through the "Estrangeiros" line, and no one ever directed me to any other.聽 I just gave them my passport and my CRNM.

The fun thing with a CRNM is in practice you can use both lines I guess :) Been using both without problems.

"Residentes" was listed together with Brazilian citizens at GRU. But once when there was a longer queue, actually it was the airport people that guided me that I can just use the "estrangeiros" line to be faster.

When I went in for my final interview with the PF in SP for my RNM, I asked them this very question. In return, the very nice woman asked me if I was a Brazilian resident or a Foreigner entering as a tourist. When we said I am now a Permanent Resident of Brazil, having been granted my RNM, she said then you have answered your own question and that I should never enter as a foreigner now. That made sense to me

The OP has probably landed already but, FWIW in my experience holding an RNE card I've always been put thru the estrangeiros line in GRU and GIG........they often have document screeners at the start of the line for citizens in GIG if multiple planes are landing close together.
