I used to live in the US and moved to Paraguay 2 years ago.听 Here are some of the answers:

> How much does it cost to rent an apartment/house in Paraguay?听
In Asunci貌n it varies depending on the neighborhood.听

Prices are from $250 to about 1000 in some of the nice areas.听

> How much do you pay for your public transport tickets (bus, subway, train, tram)?

Bus is $0.70 regular to $1.2 with AC.

> Staple food: what do people eat and how much do they pay for basic food like bread, rice or pasta?

Cheap about $1 each for a bag.

>What is your monthly grocery budget?

$150 or so per person - could be lower if needed

> How much does it cost to see a physician/doctor/specialist in Paraguay ?听

$20 to $50 per visit without insurance

> What is your children's schooling monthly budget?

Private schools are around $200 per month per child.

> How much does it cost to fill up your car鈥檚 fuel tank?

$70 toyota corolla

> How much do you pay for electricity/gas/water etc.?

Medium size house
Electricity with 5 ACs听 $120
Water $50

> How much do you pay for your Internet/phone subscription?
Cable and Internet $60
Cell phone $50
