What should I consider when moving to Peru ?

Hi everyone, I just signed up on this forum.聽 聽I have lived in Ecuador for the last 11 years.聽 聽 聽I am interested in finding out more about Peru as a possible move.聽 聽I am interested in semi-rural locations....not in the big cities.聽 聽What would you suggest for an exploratory trip in your opinion?聽 聽 聽Also, is Peru having the rolling blackouts ..... if so,聽 how long?聽 聽Is it country wide, or only in a certain location (Amazon?).聽 聽

I don't know as we are not there. But Huanuco is having a lot of rain.

There are normally daily thunderstorms. This is called Las Tres Fronteras with Leticia Columbia, Tabatinga, Brazil and Santa Rosa Island Peru聽
