Position: Spanish Revenue Support Specialist

Industry: Shared Services / Operations / Business Support

Work Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Salary Range: Up to Php 95,000

Languages Required: English and Spanish

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

➤ Filipino who can speak, read and write Spanish Language

➤ Open for any Foreign National who can speak, read, and write Spanish

➤ Open for candidates abroad who are willing to work in the Philippines

➤ Proficient in English Language

➤ Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

➤ Proficient in English Language

➤ At least 2 years of experience in pricing operations or a similar role

➤ With familiarity in Salesforce, Excel, and SAP

➤ Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or Vendavo is a plus

听

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

✦ Process pricing requests based on company rules and guidelines

✦ Handle standard and special price changes in the system

✦ Process promotional pricing requests correctly

✦ Update price changes accurately in internal systems

✦ Review requests and reject those that do not follow policy

✦ Escalate complex pricing or quotation requests to the appropriate team

✦ Look for ways to improve pricing processes and customer experience

✦ Work closely with sales, marketing, and pricing teams to ensure correct pricing execution
