Position: Spanish Accounts Receivable

JOB REQUIREMENTS
✔️ Filipino who can speak and write Spanish and English
✔️ Can work well with people from different cultures and countries
✔️ Knows how to use MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
✔️ Open to Senior High School graduates, undergraduates, or college graduates
✔️ Basic knowledge of Oracle or other ERP systems (like SAP or JD Edwards) is a plus
✔️ Experience in Shared Services such as Collections, Accounts Payable, Cash Application, or Accounts Receivable is an advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
✔️ Answer customer questions clearly and give helpful support
✔️ Check and release customer orders that are on hold on time
✔️ Review customer accounts and suggest actions for orders or shipments on hold
✔️ Update and maintain customer account records in the system
✔️ Make sure all customer information is complete and correct
✔️ Follow company rules, processes, and procedures
✔️ Prepare month-end reports, AR reconciliation, and journal entries
✔️ Send monthly AR balances to intercompany clients and prepare aging reports
✔️ Meet performance targets such as:
• Reducing past-due accounts
• Meeting cash collection goals
• Achieving call targets
