I like a lot of things about Lima, and I hate a lot of things too. (Noise pollution...lack of nature)
Political corruption is a disaster for the country. Two-penny populism to get elected by the underprivileged and uneducated class, Being elected without skills. And first of all these bandits are the district mayors, who leave the city abandoned insanitary, without infrastructure...and who engage in cronyism and who burden the country preventing it from getting out of this lamentable situation.
