Some things I cannot find in Ecuador: English marmite. English Colman鈥檚 mustard. Greaseproof (parchment) paper for oven cooking. Shoe horn. Non-aluminium bakeware. Vitamin MK7. Bed sheets that are long enough. Ovaltine.
