Of course they try. 1000 pesos for 3 hours is already good pay. And make sure they do the work how you want it. Unless you like buckets of water thrown in the house. Read More

Good advice is already mentioned. Even when possible, loans are very expensive in the DR, normal mortgages already have around 14% interest rate. You will also need onsite presence or, like they say, you will build two houses and one is yours. Read More
