About
"A second passport isn鈥檛 just a travel document鈥攊t鈥檚 your insurance policy, your backup plan, and your gateway to freedom."
I'm David Lincoln, founder and CEO of Lincoln Global Partners鈥攁n international consultancy helping individuals and investors create freedom through residency and citizenship solutions.
I鈥檝e traveled to over 60 countries across every continent and have spent most of my adult life living between Latin America, Europe, and Asia. These aren't just places I鈥檝e visited鈥攖hey鈥檙e places I鈥檝e called home, built networks, and gained firsthand insight into what it really means to relocate, invest, and integrate globally.
What drives me is helping others do the same. I started Lincoln Global Partners to cut through the red tape and confusion of cross-border living. Whether you're looking to secure a second passport, relocate your family, or launch a startup abroad, I bring clarity, strategy, and a personal touch to every move.
I believe going global shouldn鈥檛 feel overwhelming鈥攊t should feel like unlocking a new chapter. And I鈥檓 here to guide you through it.

A new investor residency rulebook landed last month, and for anyone weighing Paraguay as a place to actually live, the numbers are surprisingly friendly. If you've been quietly researching Paraguay as a possible new home base, for the taxes, the cost of living, the easy residency, or just because the rest of the world feels increasingly expensive and complicated, this one is for you.

As an expat who has made South America's Southern Cone my home, I explained last year why Latin America is the new frontier and how to get residency here. This year, I've been spending a lot of time in the new Land of Opportunity: Argentina. After taking a chainsaw to inflation, President Milei has set his sights on citizenship by investment as the next lever to pull.聽

For today's expat, mobility means freedom, security, and opportunity. A well-structured passport portfolio safeguards your movement and places you among global citizens who live, work, and invest across continents. Whether protecting assets or chasing global mobility, building a passport portfolio is a smart investment. Multiple methods exist: fast-track naturalization, citizenship by investment, descent-based claims, and birth tourism. Different pathways suit different goals and situations. This guide walks you through the ways to build a passport portfolio and shows you the most accessible options for acquiring new citizenships in 2025.

Latin America as a region has become one of the most popular hubs for expats, digital nomads, and international entrepreneurs. The escalating prices, the rising taxes, and stricter immigration laws in Europe and North America are forcing people to seek alternatives, and many are finding Latin America's relative affordability, vibrancy, and diversity an ideal combination.聽
