@callonafo Because in Brussels..the rule is different and in flanders the rule is DIFFERENT.FLANDERS REQUIRES computes test etc..Brussels DOES NOT require it. But for applying in Brussels, you need to RESIDE IN BRUSSELS. Read More

@Han25 You can wait..just make sure that your card is valid on return date. Usually the A card is valid for 2 years for flanders..ie u apply after 4 years. But a card is valid till 6 years..so..its ok Read More

@nyamani77 SINGLE permit with limited access is valid for 90 days after job loss. But Unlimited work permit is valid for 1 year straight. It requires some years of work before eligible to apply. It takes 13 weeks in Brussels to get approved..work ... Read More

@nyamani77 There is an alternative way. You should have applied unlimited work permit. In this, the card is not taken away in job loss. Now also, you can apply for it. Unlimited work permit.its free. Read More

@krish2190 The rule was changed in 2021 or sometime.Its clearly mentioned EVERYWHERE that secondment does NOT count towards anything. U can't even get unlimited work permit with secondment years. So .no point to appeal. Read More
