Seems strange though, your a citizen but can't get back home. It would seem there another way like go down to the local city office and register to vote or get a residence ID. Well I guess with time things change and fees to be paid. Thanks ... Read More

She has been in the US 30+ years. Now a long time ago I heard she would only have to register to vote and that would establish her being a citizen. But I'm sure it has changed. Read More

So does this sound right, please correct..... Verify the owner is really the owner. If its an agent, verify they are an agent and that the people they represent are who they say they are. If buying from a bank would it be safer? Verify the land ... Read More

My wife is from Pangasanan, and my oldest son was born at Clark and I think he has a local birth certificate. So he may have a dual citizenship, not 100% sure on that. So it sounds like how its done in the US but requires you to do all the leg work ... Read More

OK, They use to import two year old Japanese engines to the PI. You could get one cheap and install it in whatever you wanted. I seen a 67 Mustang with a diesel engine in it. AARRGG! well whatever. Read More

When I was stationed at Clark a long time ago I had a truck. A truck was classified as a farm vehicle and taxed and insured way way lower than a car. I don't know if thats still the case now or not. Another idea is get a truck with a blown engine ... Read More

Pretty much a CD in the us, 3 months 6 months 1 2 or 3 years. My wife's is a 1 year cd with 1/2%, inflation is eating it up. Just wondering what the interest rates are there and if they are insured? Read More
